The National Building Standards Customer Charter provides information about the minimum standards of service that all local authority verifiers should meet
Annual performance report
The Scottish Government requires all verifiers to publish an annual performance report. This report replaces the Balanced Scorecard and Continuous Improvement Plan previously in use. The report will include performance data and targets from previous years.
