    Translating web pages

    Most modern browsers include the ability to translate web pages to a user's native language. Below are instructions on how to translate Council web pages across a variety of devices.

    If you have run into any issues or your device does not support the instructions, please see the Other section for further instructions.

    If your device does not support any of the translation methods specified above, you can still translate any Council page using Google Translate. The instructions below will walk you through the process:

    1. Copy the URL of the page you would like to translate (e.g. www.north-ayrshire.gov.uk)
    2. Navigate to the Google Translate website and select Websites from the options at the top of the page
    3. Paste the URL into the Website input field
    4. Select your chosen language from the options at the top-right of the input field
    5. Click the blue arrow button to visit the translate web page
