Keeping our tenants informed

Our annual Performance Edition of Tenancy Matters document has been developed and agreed with the North Ayrshire Network and Editorial Panel.

We aim to provide tenants with relevant and up to date information about the housing service.

Tenants chat

Tenants chat document is our digital magazine, issued three times a year by email. Each edition is packed full of Housing and relevant news. To receive a copy, email our Tenant Participation Team. Newsletters can be translated on request. They are available in formats such as Braille, audiotape, or large type.

Tenant handbook

The Tenant Handbook document contains tenancy and service information.

Social media

We have a presence on some social media platforms, see the contact us section at the bottom of this page.

'Like' our Facebook page to keep up to date and get involved in local decision making.

Television

A television channel, for residents in the Saltcoats high flats, displays information on Housing Services.

Screens are installed in some of the area housing offices, Ardrossan Hostel, the Gypsy Travellers site and the sheltered housing units.
