Book a library space

Library spaces are available to book throughout North Ayrshire. Our venues provide safe and comfortable accommodation that can host a variety of educational, social and recreational activities.

We require a minimum of 14 days’ notice for a booking.

Submitting a form does not guarantee a booking. Do not make arrangements until you have received a confirmation of booking.

We will send confirmation of your booking, and invoice, by email.

Payment for one off events must be paid on the day in cash. Failure to pay will result in your booking being cancelled and may risk future bookings.

Regular bookings are invoiced one month in arrears.

To cancel or amend a booking email Library support giving at at least 10 days’ notice. If sufficient notice is not given, the customer will be liable to pay the full let charge.
