    Rent a room, hall or sports venue

    We have meeting rooms, function halls, sports venues, and packages including kids parties and wedding packages, available for bookings throughout North Ayrshire. Our venues provide safe and comfortable accommodation that can host a range of educational, social and recreational activities. For a list of venues see our Community centres and halls.

    Book a venue

    We require a minimum of 14 days notice for a booking.

    1. Read our Licence to occupy terms and conditions document and review hall booking costs above.
    2. Email us to check availability before booking.
    3. Select the correct form, from below, to complete.

    Submitting a form does not guarantee a booking. Don't make arrangements until you have received a confirmation of booking.

    Booking confirmation

    We will send confirmation of your booking, and invoice, by email.

    Payment

    Payments for one off events must be paid four weeks in advance. Failure to pay in advance will result in your booking being cancelled and may risk future bookings. Regular bookings are invoiced 2 months in arrears.

    Cancel or amend a booking

    To cancel a booking you must give 10 days notice in writing. If sufficient notice is not given, the customer will be liable to pay the full booking charge.

    We take all measures to ensure your data is processed and held securely in line with the General Data Protection Regulations and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please read North Ayrshire Council's Privacy Notice. A written copy can be provided on request.
