Grounds maintenance
Scheduled grounds maintenance work is carried out by our Streetscene operatives.
Work is seasonal and weather dependant:
- Winter - October to March
- Summer - April to September
We carry out:
- footpath and amenity housing winter gritting
- maintenance of council school grounds, recreational areas, and war memorials
- landscaping work
Our approach
The Open Space Asset Management Plan sets out our approach, the key aim being to ensure our assets are fit for purpose and managed effectively and efficiently.
The plan should be read in conjunction with the Open space strategy document.
