We deliver free employability services and will provide you with a dedicated keyworker. They will work to support you, at your own pace, to find your next move.

The North Ayrshire Local Employability Partnership (LEP) exists to coordinate a local approach to the providing services to prepare and support individuals to progress to sustainable employment, ensuring these meet the needs of local people and local employers. The LEP has published a No On Left Behind Delivery Plan 2022 to 2025 document.
