Employment support for young people

If you are 16 to 24 years old and looking for employment, education or training, we can support you. We have lots of training opportunities available to help you find your next move.

We provide key worker support with personalised action plans to help make your first steps towards employment.

A wide range of support is available, including;

• working with a training provider
• barrier removal
• vocational and employment training
• employer contact and job matching
• in-work and aftercare support to sustain a positive outcome

We can also offer Ambition Agreements. These are for young people aged 16 to 19 years who aren’t in education, employment, or training. Our Ambition Agreement key workers will help each young person work on:

• personal development
• employability skills, like CV support
• access training and work experience
• support to progress into college or a job
• support to access Educational Maintenance Allowance

We also have access to a range of job vacancies including Modern Apprenticeships.
