Planning forms

The quickest way to submit a planning application is online.

Create an eDevelopment account to use ePlanning and eBuildingStandards services to submit applications to all Scottish local and planning authorities.

To submit a planning application using paper forms, the following forms, and guidance, is available to download from the ePlanning website.
