    Rent due dates

    You can download a Rent reminder iCal document to your phone or device to notify you when your rent is due.

    Your rent should be paid promptly - payment should reach your account by the latest payment date. Failure to adhere to the following may result in you falling into arrears. If you choose to pay:

    • weekly, or fortnightly, payment should be made between the dates, below, for each fortnightly period
    • monthly, your rent should be paid on the 1st of each month in advance. Please allow five working days for payment to reach your account if you are paying at the Post Office or a PayPoint or Payzone outlet.
