    Rent due dates

    Download a Rent reminder iCal document to your phone, or device, to notify you when your rent is due.

    Rent should be paid promptly - payment should reach your account by the latest payment date. Failure to adhere to the following may result in you falling into arrears. If you choose to pay:

    • weekly, or fortnightly, payment should be made between the dates, below, for each fortnightly period
    • monthly, your rent should be paid on the 1st of each month in advance - allow five working days for payment to reach your account if you are paying at the Post Office or a PayPoint or Payzone outlet
